• NOMINATE MONDAY – Deadline 8pm

  • ·ALL Films (both, on time and late*) – Enter all nominations on your TEAM.FILM.NOMINATIONS form

  • Late Films –that DID NOT meet the Delivery Deadline, have until 8pm, to hand deliver their Film, and paperwork, to:

    • Hlabeard Productions, 2470 S. Wallis Smith Blvd., Springfield, MO 65804-3251.

  • Late Films WILL NOT be eligible for ANY Awards or Prizes. However, WILL BE screened at The Moxie if they meet all other criteria detailed in the Participation Agreement

  • *Even a "Late Film" should fill out the TEAM.FILM.NOMINATIONS form for FUTURE opportunities.

April 18

• DELIVER POSTER – Deadline 5pm

  • Upload electronic copy of your film on your TEAM.FILM.NOMINATIONS form under the "POSTER" section

  • Deliver two (2) LAMINATED hard copies of your film poster (two options)

    • Electronically (BEST OPTION):

      • Follow the FAQ instructions at http://www.SATO48.com, tab "Filmmaker's Resources", under the question, "How Do I Electronically Submit My Movie Poster?"

    • OR

    • Hand Deliver:

      • Deliver BOTH COPIES of your Movie Poster on, or before, Thursday, April 18, 2019, 5pm, to the following address, during their business hours:

        • The Moxie Cinema, 305 S Campbell Ave, Springfield, MO, 65806

      • The Poster must be exactly 11" x 17" (this is a readily available paper size), and laminate both copies.

 

April 20

April 25-28

• Moxie Screenings – Times will be announced on the Moxie Website

  • Invite Friends, Family, Fans & Followers to experience your FILM on the big screen and vote in the 1st round for Audience Favorite Award

  • Films completed in accordance with the rules of the Challenge will be screened in groups of 10

  • Please visit http://www.moxiecinema.com for listing times, and ticket purchase - $6 per screening

  • Invite Friends, Family, Fans & Followers to attend the Awards Ceremony and vote in the 3rd (and final) round for Audience Favorite Award

  • Announcement of The Ozarks CW Saucer Prize nominees

  • Attend the AfterParty directly following the Ceremony, at:

    • Dublin’s Pass, 325 Park Central East, Springfield, MO, 65806. Admission is FREE
